Under the Call for Expression of Interest for receiving Technical Assistance initiated by the Clean Hydrogen Joint Undertaking, TÜBİTAK has been selected as one of the supported organizations!

The Clean Hydrogen Partnership, one of the Institutionalized Partnerships within the Horizon Europe Program established to contribute to the European Union Hydrogen Strategy, issued a call in July to select 10 managing authorities from both EU member states and associated countries.

Within the scope of this call, the aim is to provide technical support for the development of synergy and cooperation with the Clean Hydrogen Joint Undertaking. In this regard, the selected parties are expected to sign Cooperation Agreements covering Technical Assistance, Knowledge Management, Funding, and Financing. These agreements will be structured differently for each selected authority, tailored to their specific needs and context. Therefore, it is planned to provide specialized services and support without directly providing funds to each selected party.

According to the official announcement made by the Clean Hydrogen Partnership, 21 applications from 15 different countries were received within the scope of this call. Ten applications were selected, with one organization per country/region. TÜBİTAK is among the selected 10 organizations. The information about all selected organizations is as follows:

  1. Programme Office North Sea Canal Area (Netherlands)
  2. Wielkopolska Region (Poland)
  3. Friuli Venezia Giulia Region (Italy)
  4. Kosice Region (Slovakia)
  5. Intermunicipal Community of Medio Tejo (Portugal)
  6. Regional Public Body of Energy – Castilla y Leon (Spain)
  7. Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (Türkiye)
  8. Slovenian Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Energy (Slovenia)
